"A completely positive time" - the restoration of the Republic of Estonia and the French Lyceum of Tallinn. The short documentary, completed on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of Estonian independence, tells the parallel story of the re-creation of the state and the Tallinn French Lyceum. The film was demonstrated at the thanksgiving event to the restorers of Estonian independence featuring Estonian prime minister Kaja Kallas. The author received an award of gratitude for this film. Eesti iseseisvuse taastamise 30. aastapäeva puhul valminud lühifilm jutustab riigi ja Tallinna Prantsuse Lütseumi taasloomise paralleellugu. Film näidati tänuüritusel Eesti iseseisvuse taastajatele mida külastas Eesti peaminister Kaja Kallas. Filmiautor sai tema käest tänuauhinda.

The film is about legendary Estonian Song and Dance Celebration and what it means to Estonian people. Filmed in 2019 during XXVII Song Celebration.
